DEAR CIGAR CLUB MEMBER,
Our annual “Smoker” will take place this spring. Please contact us if you are interested in joining us. This is always a great excuse to get together with friends or business acquaintances to smoke great cigars, sip fine whiskey, dine on delicious cuisine and discuss the upcoming sports year in Ohio.
This is a private party for Chez Cigar Club members only. If you are interested in attending this event or becoming a member, please call us at 440-967-0630

Cigars

An assortment of cigars from the Cigar Aficianado Magazine’s top twenty five cigars of 2006.

Adult Beverages

An open bar featuring a variety of single malt Scotch including Ardberg 10 yr. Glenmorangie 18 yr “Port, Sherry & Burgundy Wood Finish”, Crown Royal Reserve, George Dickel “Barrel Select” & Bulleit Bourbons, Black Bush Irsih Whiskey also a fine selection of Samual Adams and Sierra Nevada hand crafted beers.

Hors’-d’oeurves

A fine assortment of smoked seafood, sausage, paté and imported cheeses.

Soup

Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup, Truffle Oil

A bowl of seasonal wild mushroom soup served with a brunoise of mushrooms topped with Italian truffle oil.

Salad

Chez François Spinach Salad

Erie County spring field spinach tossed with hard boiled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, Bermuda onions and a champagne sweet and sour vinaigrette dressing, with tear drop tomatoes.

Entrée

Roasted Certified Angus Beef Short Rib, Jardinière

Angus beef short rib, topped with duck confit served over herb risotto with a Jardinière of root vegetables and pancetta bacon, served with a red wine sauce.

Dessert

Swiss Chocolate Ganache Pate, Mission Figs

Rich chocolate ganache pate, served with a Marion berry coulis with Madagascar French vanilla bean ice cream and an almond crisp.
