Summer Wine Dinners

The Wagner Family of Wines joins Chez François on Sunday June 14, 2009.
The Wagner family is best known for their Napa Valley property Caymus
Vineyards. During the past decade the Wagners have been busy developing
three distinct properties that focus on one wine. Conundrum has gained
mass appeal for its unique blend of five white grape varieties, Mer
Soleil for Monterey chardonnay and Belle Gloss for Sonoma pinot noir.
Our
Annual Bastille Day Celebration takes place on Sunday July 12, 2009. We
have personally selected seven of our favorite wines located in six
wine districts throughout France. Matt Mars will present the wines and
Chef John D’Amico will feature a seven-course dinner to match our
selection.
Claudio Salvador joins us in August to feature his
latest Italian wine discoveries. Claudio has invited winemaker, Roberto
D’onofrio of Tenuta Carretta, located in the Piedmont Region of Italy
to co-host this event. This dinner also features summer Ohio farm
fruits and vegetables.
Alain Jungunet will join us in September to showcase the spectacular 2007 vintage of the Southern RhĂ´ne Valley.
