We know that 2009 was a tough year for many people and we would like to say thank you for your continued patronage of our restaurant. We hoped you survived this winter…who knew Global Warming could be so cold!

frenchmanServes.gifThe Zagat Guide for 2010 awarded Chez François the highest rated restaurant in Ohio. This guide/survey is a non-partisan publication that conducts surveys of frequent diners in major cities across America. We thank you for your kind words in the latest edition.

Although we are often complimented for our service, we feel that we can still improve in this area of our business. One area that we’ve improved is our reservation system. We’ve upgraded this service with a company called Opentable. Opentable features a software program that helps us manage each reservation and has improved our service to you. Opentable.com is also an online reservation service that features the top restaurants in major cities throughout America. We started using Opentable in June of 2009 and within the first two months we were rated the number one restaurant in Ohio. This is a tough rating system that is based on diners’ opinions from the previous month, so we are truly rated by your last guest served. Reservation can be made at www.chezfrancois.com or www.opentable.com and you if you cannot get the time you would like online, please give us a call.

I get inquiries all the time, “Hey Matt, I have a winemaker in town next week, let’s have a tasting at your restaurant.” I usually decline because in the past it was difficult for us to get the word out. Facebook enables us to give you an update of our latest happenings, whether it is a beer, wine or liquor tasting upstairs at Touché or the latest seasonal items that have arrived in the market. We have been actively planning for an eventful year, and our Spring season will begin Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
