We find it amazing...
...the number of new restaurants that are set to open in Cleveland. It's truly amazing to realize that there are six new chain restaurants scheduled to open in the Western suburbs this fall bringing an additional 1500 seats of dining to the restaurant scene. Restaurant business in Northern Ohio is challenging enough for the independent restaurants without adding more seats to the mix. I have a few gripes with the chain restaurants. First of all, they dumb-down our business. The service is young and unprofessional, the food is mass-produced and you feel like a number not a person. Everything about the experience is average. There is no passion!

We have a passion for what we do. Both John and I began our restaurant careers when we were in our early teens. This business is all we know and we love it.
We constantly seek the best and freshest products for our restaurant.
We are never satisfied with the status quo. We drive ourselves to be better. We purchase food from local farms and wholesalers who have a passion for producing and supplying only exceptional products . We constantly update the atmosphere in the restaurant to a create a romantic and warm environment . We are blessed with a professional service staff that has been with us for years and love what they do. They have a passion for their jobs.
