Every once in awhile a colleague or a guest asks me how we have managed to stay viable in one of the toughest businesses for over twenty one years. Typically I respond, that you must have a passion for your business, you have to express yourself everyday, learn from your mistakes, lighten up, relax and enjoy the company of your guests and your staff. Also, a good sense of humor-about oneself, one’s business, and life in general-goes a long way toward fostering good feelings and excellent performance. Chef John D’Amico and I have had this belief since we opened Chez François in 1987. We appreciate everyone who takes time out of their busy schedules to join us for dinner, THANK YOU!
Touché our Martini/Wine Bar, is in full swing and offers, a lighter menu, nightly adult beverage specials and live jazz on Saturday nights. With panoramic views of the Vermilion River and Lake Erie, The Parisian Room is the perfect place to hold special events or meetings.
